Order and shipping confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. We do our best do proceed orders as fast as possible. Usually, it takes up to 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In the Christmas season from December 23, 2021, to January 5, 2022, we slow down a little bit: Orders, exchanges and return we accept of course gladly. However, the shoes will be shipped in the new year on January 6, 2022.
Our shipping is free and carbon-neutral within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We ship by Swiss Post (B-Post).
We accept credit cards and PayPal. You can choose your favorite payment method when you check out.
Where we ship
We currently only ship in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For international shipping please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contact form. We will try to make it happen.
Items out of stock
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. We are still a startup and from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

SASHAY wants to be thrilled with your new purchase. We want to make you happy. If you’re still looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your products for a refund to the original payment method. Just place a new order to exchange the products.
What can be returned?
We accept the following returns:
Returned items must be new, unused and in perfect condition
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging with all packing materials (shoe box). Of course, you can keep our little surprise.
When returning goods, a copy of the invoice or delivery bill must be enclosed that we can correctly assign return
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Free & carbon neutral return shipping
The return shipping is free of charge and also climate neutral. Please use the pre-printed return label enclosed in the package.

You will receive the refund on the same original method of payment you have used.
If you would like to exchange the item, please return items and just place a new order. Shipping is of course again free of charge.
