Order and shipping confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. We do our best do proceed orders as fast as possible. Usually, it takes up to 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Free carbon neutral shipping & return from CHF 150.-
Our shipping and return is free above CHF 150.- and carbon-neutral within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We ship by Swiss Post (B-Post).
For orders below CHF 150.- we charge a shipping fee of CHF 6.90, return shipping is not included. We are a startup and the high shipping and return costs give us a bit of a headache.
Size
If you are not sure about the size: We always indicate in our product information whether the shoes are normal, rather small or large cut. If you are still unsure: You are welcome to order both sizes, compare them directly with each other.
Payment methods
We accept credit cards, TWINT, PayPal and Apple Pay. You can choose your favorite payment method when you check out.
Where we ship
We currently only ship in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For international shipping please send a message to hello@sashayshoes.com or by contact form. We will try to make it happen.
Items out of stock
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. We are still a startup and from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Since we are a young company and would like to learn, we would be very grateful if you could tell us the reason for the return on the enclosed return slip.

They must be returned in the original packaging (shoe box).When returning goods, a copy of the invoice or delivery bill must be enclosed that we can correctly assign return
Free & carbon neutral return shipping from CHF 150.-
The return shipping is free of charge for orders above CHF 150.- and also climate neutral. Please use the pre-printed return label enclosed in the package.
For orders below CHF 150.- the return shipping is not included. Please return the sufficiently stamped package to the following address:

Refund
You will receive the refund on the same original method of payment you have used. This can take 10-14 business days.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it to us. You can simply make a note on the return slip. Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail (hello@sashayshoes.com) or place a new order on the website. As it is most convenient for you.
